We recently completed the Jesse L. Farrer Student Activity Center construction with ABG. This project included an indoor practice facility with turf. The initial estimate for the construction was nearly twice our budget, but ABG worked diligently with us to reduce costs in a manner that did not impact the usefulness of the facility.
Additionally, ABG made cost-savings recommendations along the way to allow our funding to accomplish as much as possible, which was greatly beneficial in a small district with limited funds. Kiwi has also partnered with the district to meet other needs through donations of materials (such as plywood) to allow the district to complete projects that otherwise would not have been completed due to lack of funds for the project. With his expertise and generosity, the district was able to complete all projects under budget and maximize the district funds to complete additional ones.
