One Community Church Plano – Youth Ministry Addition
The One Community Church Youth Ministry Addition was our first large scale project for our newly formed, Authers Building Group. 27k sqft was new construction and 9k sq/ft of remodeled PEMB into two student worship spaces. With under twelve months of build time, we were able to construct a state-of-the-art worship center for the OCC Youth Program. As this project began in the middle of "covid", dealing with supply chain issues presented itself multiple times. Fortunately, with a very well executed schedule and robust relationships with local subcontractors, we were able to reach out to various partners when material shortages arose and pull these materials together from multiple sources. We were able to complete this project on time and under budget.
